FOR STARTUPS

The paperwork you sign at seed stage is the paperwork you live with at Series B.

Founder agreements, SAFEs, term sheets, the first ten employment contracts. Upload any of them and three AI lawyers read the document from your side — before a clause you skimmed becomes a clause you're stuck with.

WHAT GOES WRONG

The three things that cost people most.

Not an exhaustive list — the recurring ones. Every finding comes back graded on the same five-step scale.

Control you gave away early

Board composition, protective provisions and consent rights that look procedural at seed and decide the company's direction two rounds later.

Equity that behaves differently than you think

Liquidation preferences, anti-dilution mechanics, acceleration that doesn't trigger when you assumed, and vesting written to a schedule nobody re-read.

IP that isn't cleanly yours

Assignment gaps in early contractor agreements, prior-work carve-outs, and university or ex-employer clauses that follow a founder into the cap table.

WHAT YOU GET

Three things a summary can't give you.

Fast enough to use during a round

About five minutes per document. Fast enough to read the redline before the call rather than after it, which is when it stops being negotiable.

Every date in one list

Timeline pulls every deadline, notice period, cliff and renewal window out of the document — the things that hurt most when a small team misses them.

Three readings, not one

One AI writes the findings and two argue with them. On documents this consequential, where the reviewers disagree is the part worth taking to your actual lawyer.

And nothing gets past you unread: the report won't let you submit until every finding has an answer.

For your firm

Priced per seat, but the credits and the case library belong to the workspace: five seats on Team is 5,000 credits the whole firm draws on, not 1,000 stranded on each person.

Team

How credits work

Credits are what an analysis is charged in, and the charge is the real cost of the work. Nothing is capped and no document is turned away for being long — a longer contract simply costs more to read than a short one, and a panel of three costs more than a single reviewer.

  • Quick read One AI lawyer reads the contract end to end and writes the findings. The cheaper of the two, and often enough to tell whether a document needs the full panel.
  • Full panel The analyst writes the findings, then two more reviewers — running on other vendors' models — argue with them. This is the review the product is named for.
  • Run out? Top up any time, on any plan: $20 for 500 credits, or $100 for 2,500. Four cents a credit either way.
  • Monthly credits reset. The credits included with your plan expire at the end of each month and do not roll over. Topped-up credits never expire — they stay in your balance until you spend them.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Cancel any time. Every document in a case library is encrypted at rest. The refund policy is in the terms.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Can AI review complex founder agreements and investor contracts?

It reads them and returns graded findings — red flags, missing clauses, financial impact, deadlines and negotiation angles — from the perspective of the party you tell it you are. For a priced round or anything that changes control of the company, treat it as preparation for your lawyer rather than a substitute: it is information, not legal advice.

Is this suitable for early-stage startups?

That is the case it fits best. At pre-seed and seed the documents are consequential and the legal budget is not, so contracts get signed on trust and pattern-matching. The first one costs nothing at all. After that a founder reading everything alone can pay $29 for the case that matters or take Household at $39 a month, and a team that wants one shared workspace and one pooled balance starts at $49 per user — neither of which is a meaningful line item next to the clause you missed.

Does the AI understand equity structures and dilution?

It reads the terms as written and flags the mechanics that commonly cost founders — liquidation preferences, anti-dilution, acceleration triggers, vesting and cliff dates, option pool sizing and where it comes from. It does not model your cap table or project outcomes; it tells you what the document actually says and where it deviates from market standard.

How fast can you review startup contracts?

Around five minutes for a typical document, whatever the size of the queue. There is no page limit on a paid plan — a longer document costs more credits rather than being refused — and scans are read by a vision model on every plan, which matters for the signature pages that turn up in diligence.

Read the term sheet before the call.
